Ingredients: 1 lb hamburger 80/20 mix; 1 tsp seasoned salt; 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1/2 tsp onion powder; 1/2 tsp black pepper; 4 hamburger buns; 8 slices smoked bacon, cooked; 4 slices cheese; 1 tomato, sliced; to taste mayonnaise

Servings: persons

1 lb hamburger 80/20 mix
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 hamburger buns
8 slices smoked bacon, cooked
4 slices cheese
1 tomato, sliced
to taste mayonnaise

Mix basic burger ingredients and make 4 equal sized patties.

Place a dimple in the middle of each patty.

Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.

Precooked bacon and set aside.

Set up your grill for Direct Heat.

Grilled burgers on first side until the juices began to collect on the top.

Flip burgers over and continue cooking until well done.

Top with cheese and bacon and cook until the cheese melts.

Remove from the grill and toast the buns while the burgers are resting.

Add mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato and enjoy.
