3/4 c. sugar
1 c. margarine or butter, softened
1/4 c. water (maybe a touch more)
1 tsp. black walnut extract
2 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. quick cooking oats
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. wild blueberry preserves

In large bowl, beat both sugars until light and fluffy.

Add water, black walnut extract and eggs. Blend well.

Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup.

Roll into inch and a half ball by hand and put hole in center.
