   In medium bowl, combine beans and salsa; mix well.

   Spread bean mix onto serving plate.

   In food processor bowl with metal blade or possibly blender container, combine cheese, avocado and lime juice; process till well blended.

   Spread cheese mix over bean mix.

   Top with shrimp and tomato; garnish or possibly sprinkle with cilantro.
