2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
6 tortilla shells
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
17 oz. refried beans
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
1 c. chopped lettuce
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. sour cream

Brown beef and drain.

Stir in taco seasoning, adding water according to package directions.

Simmer 5 minutes.

Place 2 tortillas in bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

Spread 1/2 of meat mixture over tortillas and sprinkle with 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.

Top with 2 more tortillas.

Spread with refried beans. Cover with 1 1/2 cups sour cream.

Place 2 remaining tortillas over mixture and cover with remaining meat mixture and Cheddar cheese. Top with Monterey Jack cheese.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, until bubbly.

Remove from oven and top with lettuce, tomatoes and 1/2 cup sour cream.
