A whole oven cook chicken

   Clean the chicken really goid with warm to luke warm water, being sure to pull the insides out.

   After thoroughly cleaning inside and out set aside for a few moments.

   With aluminum foil, cover the bottom of the pan of your choice.

   Place chicken on the pan.

   When seasoning first butter the chicken top and bottom.

   Next sprinkle pepper all over the chicken and with remains also season inside.

   Then season chicken same way with your seasoning salt and roasted garlic and herb.

   Butter the whole chicken again and place remains of butter inside the chicken.

   Lastly, using your Swanson flavor boost pour all over chicken being sure to get the bottom and the inside of the chicken.

    preheat oven to 350 and place chicken on the center rack.

    Cook for about 45 minutes then check.

    If the top is brown continue to prepare side dishes and let the chicken cook for another 5 to 10 minutes

    Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
