Ingredients: 4 1/2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pices; 1 1/2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced; 1 cup onion, chopped; 1/2 cup sweet green pepper, chopped; 1/2 cup sweet red pepper, chopped; 3/4 cup thin sliced carrot; 1/2 cup frozen peas; 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, sliced, drained; 1 stalk celery, chopped; salt & pepper; 1 teaspoon garlic powder; 1 teaspoon hot chili flakes; 1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup; 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (I like aged); 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded; 4 cups cooked pasta, your choice I like fettucini
