A Child'S Delight

   Fry hamburger, celery and onions together and drain.

   In casserole dish, combine this with the 2 cans of soup and mix.

   Add fresh mushrooms.

   Sprinkle rice over top and 2 cans of water on top.

   Cook, covered, 1 hour.

   Then cook, uncovered, 1/2 to 1 hour longer, until done, at 400u00b0.
