Place Bread crumbs in a large flat bowl or another sheet of grease proof paper.

Put eggs whites in bowl with water and beat.

One at a time dip sliced chicken breast into Parmesan then egg white then bread crumbs.

Heat oil in a large fry pan on a moderate.

If you cant fit all the chicken in one batch do two batches.

Cook chicken for 3 minutes on each side to brown crumbs.
