Heat oven to 350 degrees F

In a medium bowl add sweet potato, cannellini beans, panko, flour, egg and A1.

Use a fork to mix all ingredients together.

Cover and chill for 1-2 hours.

After mixture is chilled divide it into 6 equal parts and shape into patties.

Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to a medium sized skillet and bring to a medium high heat.

Once oil is heated, add 3-4 patties to skillet.

Cook 3-5 minutes on each side to brown the patties.

Repeat until all patties have been browned.

Add more vegetable oil as needed.

Place browned patties on a baking sheet when they are done.

After all patties have been browned place the baking sheet place in a 350 degree oven.

Cook for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.

Approximately 5 minutes before patties are done carefully place split ciabatta rolls on the top rack of the oven, cut side of the roll should be face up.

Add a slice of KRAFT Provolone to the top half of the roll.

Remove rolls when cheese is melted.

TO ASSEMBLE BURGER: Spread A1 aioli on bottom half of ciabatta roll Add the sweet potato burger Add 2-3 avocado slices Add 1-tablespoon salsa Place top half of ciabatta roll with cheese on top

AIOLI DIRECTIONS: Using a whisk or fork to combine mayo and A1 together.

Divide and spread on sandwiches.
