3 oz. pecans, crushed
1/2 stick butter, melted
sprinkle of cinnamon
sprinkle of Splenda
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. heavy cream
2 eggs (add last)
2 tsp. vanilla
Splenda to taste

Mix nuts, butter, sprinkle of cinnamon and sprinkle of Splenda together and press into bottom of 9-inch deep-dish pie plate.

Blend cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla, Splenda and eggs to make filling.

Blend until very smooth.

Pour in pie plate.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set (in water bath) pan with 1-inch or so of water.
