5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

   Add the flour, sugar and cocoa powder to the mug, and mix with a fork.

   Add the egg and mix thoroughly.

   Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.

   Add the chocolate chips, if using, and vanilla extract and mix again.

   Place your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high).

   The cake might rise over the top of the mug, but dont be alarmed!

   After 3 minutes, remove it from the microwave and allow to cool a little, and then tip out onto a plate if desired.

   Eat!

   A scoop of vanilla ice cream on top makes it better yet.
