   Toast the bread slowly on a rack at 250 degrees F, until golden and well dried.

   Place a slice of cheese on top of each toast and cut into four squares.

   Slather a healthy dose of mayonnaise onto each toast, place the tomato on top, then the bacon, then the cheese.
