2 lb grnd beef
2 x cloves garlic, chopped
1 lrg onion, minced
2 can (15 ounce each) tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. basil
1 pkt spinach noodles
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 x (8 ounce.) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. lowfat milk
1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

Brown beef, drain.

Add in onion, garlic, tomato sauce, and basil.

Cover and simmer 30 min.

Cook pasta.

Put meat into bottom of 9 x 13 casserole.

Layer pasta on top of meat.

In a bowl, beat cream cheese, lowfat milk & lowfat sour cream till smooth.
