1001 Pecan Balls Recipe

   Just one of the many different types of cookies made from the master cookie mix.

   Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease cookie sheets.

   In large bowl, mix together cookie mix, cream cheese, egg and vanilla.

   Stir in pecans.

   Shape into 1-inch balls.

   Place on prepared cookie sheet 1 inch apart.

   Bake about 15 min.

   Remove from oven and while still hot, roll in confectioners sugar to coat lightly.

   Cold on wire rack.
