1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
1-1/2 cup White Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
2 cups Flour
1/2 cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

2 cups Shredded Zucchini
1/2 cups Chopped Maraschino Cherries

6 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/4 cups Margarine
2 cups Confectioners Sugar
1/4 cups Milk
1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 baking pan.

2. In a mixing bowl, mix together oil, sugar and 2 tsp vanilla until blended well. Combine flour, 1/2 c. cocoa, baking soda & salt; stir into the sugar mixture.

Fold in zucchini, cherries & marshmallows. Spread evenly into the pan.

3. Bake about 35 minutes, until brownies spring back when touched.

4. FROSTING: mix together 6 tbsp cocoa, margarine, confectioners' sugar, milk and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Pour frosting over cooled brownies and then enter bliss with every bite.
