1 c. oil
2 c. shredded zucchini
2 c. sugar

1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped walnuts

Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and vanilla until thick and foamy. With a spoon, stir in zucchini and pineapple.
