Zucchini Pie

   Lightly saute the onion in some of the oil.

   While the onion is cooking, combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl.

   Dont forget the rest of the oil!

   Add the cooked onion and pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate.

   Bake 35-40 minutes at 350F, until golden brown across the top.
