2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 large apple, grated
3 medium carrots, grated

Beat eggs gradually, adding sugar until well mixed.
