Zucchini Bread

   Beat eggs.

   Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.

   Add flour, salt, baking powder, soda and cinnamon.

   Mix well.

   Put in loaf pans and bake at 325u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
