1 small jar marinara sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. paprika
4 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
2 bay leaves
3 cans small white potatoes

In Dutch oven, sear each side of brisket.

Add 1/2 diced onion,
