   (30 mL) of the bistro sauce evenly onto cut sides of 1 croissant.

   Place 1 lettuce leaf, 1 tomato slice, 3 oz.

   (90 g) ham and 1 cheese slice on bottom half of croissant; cover with top half of croissant.

   Serve immediately.
