Yummy Sugar Cookies

   Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.

   Line 2 baking sheets wit parchment paper.

   Mix together flour, baking soda and baking powder.

   Set aside.

   In a bowl, cream sugar and butter until combined.

   Add the egg yolks, and beat well.

   Add vanilla extract.

   Add the flour mixture until just combined.

   DO NOT OVER MIX!

    Using a cookie scoop or an icecream scoop, scoop balls of cookie dough.

    Roll in sugar and then place on sheets.

    Bake for 15-18 minutes, until the tops of cookie slightly cracked.

    Let cool for 5 minutes.
