¼ cup butter, melted
3 (250 g) packages cream cheese (philadelphia)
1 cup sugar, white
½ teaspoon vanilla extract, pure
½ teaspoon almond extract, pure
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lime zest
1 tablespoon orange zest

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl combine the cookie crumbs and the melted butter, press into the bottom of an ungreased 9 inch spring form pan.

In a large bowl beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and almond extract on medium speed until well blended.

Next add the juices and fruit zests and mix well.

Add your eggs, one at a time, just until blended and pour over crust.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 - 50 minutes, or until centre is almost set.

Cool completely, then place in fridge overnight.

When ready to serve, garnish with fresh berries.
