Mix all of your dry ingredients in a large bowl. Then add the oil, water, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla. Spread in an ungreased pan and cook at 350 degrees for twenty minutes. You will want to use a sheet cake pan! Mine is about 12x17 and my cakes are only an inch deep. I don't think this cake is as good when it's thick (I tried it in a 9x13). My oven is old and awful, so I usually only bake mine for fifteen minutes. My point is, check this cake often so you don't dry it out!
