Yum Good Kidney Beans

   Place all ingrediants in a medium pot over low to medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Stir often. Turn off heat and mash the beans with a masher or fork.

   --roll up in several layers of romaine lettuce leaves

   --stuff into steamed or raw red/green peppers

   --use as a topping for a salad. Or also add a small amount of no salt/no oil corn chips with plenty of tomatoes for a taco salad treat.
