2 servings Store-bought ramen noodles
1 Sesame oil
1 clove / 1 knob Garlic and ginger
1/2 tsp Doubanjiang
2 1/2 cup Hot water
1 . Chinese soup stock
1 tsp of each Sake, salt, sugar
2/3 tsp Dashi stock granules
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 Pepper, Chinese red chili oil
