Put beef drippings or oil in a 9x14 inch glass or tin baking dish. Put the dish in a 450 degree (F) oven and let it heat up until smoking hot. About 5-10 minutes depending on your oven.

Meanwhile, mix all of the remaining ingredients together until smooth and let sit for 10-15 minutes while oven is heating up.

When drippings/oil is ready carefully take pan out of oven and slowly pour batter over oil. Once in the oven, do not open oven door or your puddin' will deflate! Let cook for 25 minutes.
