Yogurt Cheesecake With Orange

   Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Grease a pie pan with margarine. Set aside.

   Mix sugar, eggs, and margarine in the food processor.

   Add the flour and knead.

   Finally add the yogurt, orange juice and zest, and knead again.

   If necessary, finish mixing with the spatula.

   Spread the dough in the pie pan.

   Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until cooked and golden brown.

   Open the oven door, and let cool in the oven for about 10 minutes.
