Yeast Rolls

   Grease large bowl.

   Heat milk, water and butter in a saucepan until very warm (120u00b0 to 130u00b0).

   Combine 2 cups of flour, sugar, salt and yeast in mixing bowl.

   Add heated mixture and egg.

   Beat with electric mixer on high speed 2 minutes.

   Stir in enough flour to make soft dough.

   Turn dough onto floured board.

   Cover with mixing bowl. Let set 10 minutes.

   Knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 to 10 minutes.

    Form ball with dough and place in greased bowl.

    Turn once to grease top.

    Cover and let rise in warm place, free from draft, until double in bulk, about 45 minutes.
