Put all the ingredients, except the egg, into a bowl with the seasoning and mix them with your hand.

Heat a couple of teaspoons of vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan until the oil starts to smoke.

Put the mixed ingredients into the hot pan and fry until golden, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.

Combine the ingredients of the yasai sauce and taking it off the heat, mix it with the cooked noodles.

Then turn the noodles out onto a plate and garnish with pickles, finely chopped spring onion and a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
