Xocai Mint Chocolate Treat

   In a double boiler, melt the Nuggets on low heat, stirring often.

   Once the Nuggets are melted to a smooth consistency, add 2-3 (depending on our taste) drops of mint extract.

   Be very careful not to add too much of the extract or the chocolate will harden and you will have to add more Nuggets.

   Drop one of the round butter crackers into the melted Nuggets and using two forks, flip the cracker until completely coated with the melted Nuggets.

   Place the coated cracker on wax paper to harden.

   Repeat with remaining crackers.

   Keep in a sealed container or in the fringe.
