In a large bowl sift the dry ingredents, set a side for the moment and do the wet ingredients

In a medium sized bowl combine sugars and butter,cream together.

Add vanilla and eggs (one at a time) and mix well

Add the creamed mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well forming a dough.

Dough will be a stiff mixture if it's to stiff for your liking add a dash of milk to smooth it out a little

Add choc chips, you can basically add anything you want to this cookie dough to make it your own =)

Line a cookie sheet, Drop dough on sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or 20 minutes for that extra crunch, once done once done place on a cooling rack
