3 tbsp Milk
120 grams Cake flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 Apple (small kind, like Jonathan apples)
2 tbsp Granulated sugar
50 grams Walnuts
3 tbsp Brown sugar (or light brown sugar)
1 tbsp Cake flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
10 grams Melted butter (salted is also ok)

Peel the apple and cut into 8 wedges, then into 2-3 mm slices.

Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 3 minutes.

Let it cool down.

Combine the cake flour and baking powder to sift.

Combine the roughly crushed walnuts with the melted butter and blend them together.
