Winter Potato Salad

   Cook potatoes.

   Peel and dice. In saucepan, melt margarine. Add flour.

   Stir in milk.

   Bring to a boil, stirring all the time until thick.

   Add mayo, salt, pepper and dill weed.

   Pour over potatoes in baking dish.

   Bake without a lid for 30 minutes at 350u00b0.
