1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. fresh mushrooms
1 medium onion
2 stalks celery
4 oz. sour cream
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
boneless chicken breast
1 can evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
