-Dissolve yeast and honey in 1/4 cup of warm water.Set aside.

-In mixer with a dough hook, combine flour,salt,oil,yeast mixture,and remaining 3/4 cup of warm water.Mix on low speed until dough forms a cluster around hook.

-Turn dough out on clean surface and knead 2 or 3 minutes until smooth and firm. Cover with damp towel and let rise about 30 minutes.

-Divide the dough into 4 balls and work each by pulling sides down and tucking under the ball 4 or 5 times. Then roll on a smooth surface with the palm of your hand until smooth and firm.Cover again with damp towel and let rest 20 minutes.

-Preheat pizza stone in oven at 500 F.

-Dip each dough ball into flour,shake off excess,and stretch into 8 inch circle by pressing down on center and working your way out.Brush lightly with the oil, add desired toppings and transfer to pizza stone with a lightly floured baker's peel. Bake 10 minutes at 500 F.
