Whole Wheat Oatmeal Bread

   1.Proof the yeast, water and salt for about 5-10 min. Add honey. Place all the other dry ingredients in the Kitchen Aid mixer with bread hook. Mix the dry ingredients for a minute and add the other wet ingredients to this.

   2. Cover bowl with a damp towel and let rise until doubled. Punch down and place in a loaf pan. Let rise until it looks like a loaf should (about 30 to 45 min.). Bake at 350 for about 25 min.
