Put all the ingredients except for the butter in your bread maker and press start.

After 5 minutes add the butter.

Leave the first rise to your bread maker.

Lightly punch down the dough from step one and form them into balls.

Cover with plastic wrap and a damp towel and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.

The seams of the dough balls should be on the bottom.

Roll the dough balls from step 2 again to remove any air, and place on a baking pan with the seams facing down.

For the 2nd rising, place in the oven at 40C for 25 minutes.

They'll double in size.

Bake at 180C for 11-15 minutes and they're finished!
