White Wine Blueberry Sauce

   Soak blueberries in white wine

   for about 20 minutes in a bowl and transfer white wine and blueberries to an 8 inches sauteed pan

   place pan on stove medium heat temperature and cook until reduced or approximately 5 minutes

   lower heat to medium low temperature, add

   fresh puree tomatoes

   black pepper

   white sugar

   kosher salt

   cook for 1 minute or until thicken, and serve as desired.
