Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive oil; 2 tablespoons butter; 3 tablespoons flour; 1 cup milk; ¼ cup onion, finely chopped; 1 large garlic cloves or 2 small garlic cloves, minced; ¼ teaspoon salt; ⅛ teaspoon pepper; 2 tablespoons fresh basil, minced (can sub dried basil); ½ teaspoon oregano (optional); ½ cup parmesan cheese (can use Italian 3 blend cheese) or ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (can use Italian 3 blend cheese)
