White Fruit Cake

   Use part of flour to coat chopped fruit and nuts. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Fold in remaining flour; add fruit and nuts. Bake in greased and floured cake pan at 250u00b0, approximately 3 hours. Partly cool before removing from pan.
