Place the ball of dough in the middle of the parchment and use your hand to press the dough flat. Work from the middle out to shape it into a flat round and then drizzle a little more olive oil on top.

In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, cooking cream, pepper, salt and half a teaspoon of cornmeal.
