White Chocolate Peanut Butter Muddy Buddy Snack Mix

   Melt white chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in a large pot over low heat. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and stir until smooth. Add cereal (see note below) and mix gently until coated. Then add powdered sugar and mix gently until evenly coated.

   Lay cereal out on a sheet of wax paper to cool and harden. Toss with pretzels and M&Ms when ready to serve.

   Note: I coated the cereal, pretzels and M&Ms in the white chocolate and peanut butter mixture. This is okay, but it won't be as pretty because everything will be white. This snack will taste delicious either way!
