White Chocolate Espresso Sauce

   Place the chopped white chocolate in a medium bowl.

   Heat the heavy cream and the espresso powder in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

   When hot, stir to dissolve espresso powder.

   Bring to a boil.

   Pour the boiling cream over the chopped chocolate.

   Immediately stir with a whisk until smooth.

   Cool in an ice water bath to a temperature of about 45 degrees

   F. Add the 1/4 cup of Oblio Caffee sambuca.

   Stir to incorporate.

    Transfer this muxture to a plastic container.

    Cover and refrigerate until needed.

    Serve chilled
