White Chocolate Egg Nog Coffee

   In a microwave (or, if on the stove, in a saucepan), heat the egg nog to a scald, just under boiling. Remove from heat and add the chocolate, and let sit 4 minutes. Stir until melted and smooth.

   Divide the hot coffee in equal portions into two coffee cups. Top each one off with the egg nog/coffee mixture and garnish each with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cardamom powder.
