   Begin by melting the white chocolate in a saucepan.

   Add the butter, lemon juice, sugar and champagne.

   Finally add the crushed biscuits until you get a thick, moldable mixture.

   Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.

   Cover it with plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator or freezer.

   Shape 20 equal sized balls and roll them in the grated white chocolate and powdered sugar.
