Wheat Germ Health Cookies Recipe

   Cream butter and sugars in large bowl.

   Combine remaining ingredients, except oats, and add in to creamed mix.

   Add in the oats and raisins, if used, and mix well.

   Refrigerateone hour.

   Roll pcs of dough into 1 inch balls and place on greased cookie sheets; flatten a little with fingers.

   Bake in 350 degree oven for 10-13 min, depending on your oven, or possibly till edges are somewhat brown and tops are light brown.
