Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Add margarine, sugar and salt to hot milk. Stir until margarine is melted, then let cool to room temperature. Stir milk mix into yeast until blended. Stir in bran and enough wheat flour to make soft dough. Place dough on a lightly floured surface and knead in enough remaining flour to make smooth dough. Knead until smooth and elastic. Place in a bowl, sprayed with non-fat cooking spray. Turn dough over once. Cover and let rise 90 minutes (1 1/2 hours). Spray loaf pan. Punch dough down. Shape into 1 loaf and put in pan. Cover and let rise until slightly above pan. Preheat oven to 375u00b0. Brush bread or spray lightly with water; bake 30 to 35 minutes until bread sounds hollow when tapped on top. Cool on wire rack. Makes 1 loaf.
