1 c. brown sugar
1 stick margarine
2 large eggs
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir together the oatmeal and boiling water and let sit for 10 minutes.
