Western Ho! Steak Recipe

   In a 10 oz tight sealing plastic food container, stir onion into butter.

   Cover and chill at least 30 min.

   Place steak in a 13x9 inch rectangular tight sealing plastic food container.

   In a medium sized bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over steak.

   Cover and marinate in a cooler or possibly refrigerator at least 30 min, turning once.

   Grill or possibly broil 4 inches from source of heat till desired doneness, about 20 to 25 min for medium doneness.

   Serve with flavored butter.
